H. Clarence (Clancy) Bauman

Mayor Clancy is currently serving his third term as mayor of Chewelah.   He works with the City Council on the management of the City.   Clancy is active in Kiwanis and the Chamber of Commerce.  He is an avid Golfer and enjoys a day of fishing now and then.   He is normally available from 10 AM  - 12 PM Monday through Friday.

Mike Frizzell

Mike is responsible for the Administration of the City of Chewelah.   He oversees all departments.   He is accountable to the Mayor.

Pamela McCart

Pam McCart serves as the Treasurer of the City.   She is responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and preparation of financial reporting.  She also assists with the preparation of the annual budget.  

In addition, Pam serves as the Clerk to the City Council.  She prepares the agenda and the minutes for their meetings.
