Utility Billing Statements are mailed on the first working day of each month. Payments are due on the 15th. If payment is not received by the end of day on the 20th (or the next working day, if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday) a $5.00 late fee will be added to your bill.
$40.00 NSF / Returned Check Charge
If you like the convenience of knowing what your monthly utility bill will be, then the Budget Payment is for you. If you have lived in your home for over one year, the Billing Department will review your account and provide you with the average monthly payment that will be due based on last years usage. Automatic Payment Plan
Don't like to write checks each month? Tired of trying to get to the post office or city hall in bad weather? Then the Automatic Payment Plan is perfect for you! The City Billing Department will automatically withdraw your monthly net bill amount from your account on the 13th of each month.
