What do I need to view and pay my bill online?

  • You will need the account # and house # for the bills you want to view or pay.

How can I make a payment?

  • Make a one-time payment without registering.
  • Register your account and you will be able to schedule a payment, Pay-By-Text, or sign up for AutoPay.
  • Click HERE to access the online payment portal.

What are the payment methods available?

  • You may use a Debit/Credit card, Checking/Savings account, PayPal, Venmo, or other digital payment services. Transaction fees apply.

Can I pay by phone?

  • Call: (509) 418-0360. An additional surcharge of $0.95 applies.

What are the transaction fees?

  • Debit/Credit card: 3.25% (minimum $1.00)
  • ACH/EFT (using Routing # and Checking/Savings Acct #): $1.50
  • Pay-By-Phone (IVR) surcharge: $0.95 (for all payment types)

What if I need help with the new online service?

  • Call City Hall at (509) 935-8311 during regular business hours.

Remember, we still accept cash and checks at City Hall, in the drop box, or by mail.

You will receive monthly statements unless you choose the paperless option.
